Detailing how my company went from working out of my home with a handful of clients to employing 30 full time IT contractors, managing over 1000 WordPress websites for clients all over the world and turning over in excess of $2 million per annum all whilst focussing on smaller clients (we make the mistake all too often in trying to land a major client) and niche markets.
My focus will be on the experience I have garnered from setting your company up correctly, finding the right contractors to most importantly finding the right clients and focussing on niche markets.
The focus will be entirely on what works and doesn’t work when you build your company up, the partnerships you must foster, the systems you must put in place and the niche markets you can focus on to build a lived life around WordPress.
It will be fun and entertaining and provoke the audience to participate. I do not speak from notes but prompt myself from slides and work the room in a calm manner (nothing over the top)
