White Glove Web Training was formed with the purpose of providing customized training and support to business owners and hobbyists looking to build, edit, and maintain websites. Kim Shivler M.Ed., the founder of White Glove Web Training, has over 20 years experience as a technical trainer, writer, and support specialist.

After taking a hiatus from technology topics, in 2012 Kim returned to teaching technology helping entrepreneurs, small business owners, and hobbyists build websites. Along with working one-on-one with students and teaching live classes, Kim has supported her students using online courses and membership websites.

White Glove Web Training continues to support small businesses with their WordPress training and support needs. Personally, Kim has combined her experience building online courses with her Master’s Degree in Education and teaching experience to focus on helping others Build Online Training Courses.
