This talk is all about making an elegant experience for our WordPress users. The average WordPress developer generally knows where and how to do everything within WordPress, but this is not always as simple for our users. We give our users a login with less permissions so they don’t break anything, but fail to make the whole experience easy and fun. This speech is all about enhancing the WordPress backend in such a way were we can impress our clients, reduce confusion and lower the amount of support emails us developers receive.
