If you are looking for help with your WordPress site or want to share your talents with others, Launch Bay 107 is the place to be!
The WordPress Happiness Bar is a free service for all WordCamp attendees, staffed completely by volunteers. If you need help with a plugin that just won’t work or a line of code that has been bugging you for weeks, our volunteers are here to assist.
Here are some things to remember about the Happiness Bar
- The people providing help are VOLUNTEERS. Please be respectful of their time and try to limit your questions to one or two small issues.
- Many of our volunteers run or work for WordPress service businesses. If your problem is too complex they may offer to work with you separately through their own services.
- WordPress Orlando is not responsible for any work done by the volunteers and entering into any kind of paid work is at your own risk.
- Everyone has something to offer! Even if you don’t consider yourself a WordPress expert, if you have a willingness to help others, grab a seat and a name tag and see if your knowledge can be someone’s savior!
- The Happiness Bar is not a work lounge. We have plenty of quiet areas around campus if you need to work. If you are in the Happiness Bar we ask that you are there to get or give help.
- If you are providing help, please make sure you designate what type of help you can provide on your name tag.
- Remember the Code of Conduct and be respectful of those coming to you for help or those helping you.
